2. Mental health support: Golf can provide a sense of purpose and fulfillment, which can be particularly beneficial for veterans struggling with mental health issues such as PTSD.

3. Confidence builder: Golfing can help veterans build confidence and self-esteem, which can translate to other areas of life.

Social Benefits

1. Camaraderie and community: Golfing provides opportunities for veterans to connect with others who share similar experiences, fostering a sense of camaraderie and community.

2. Support network: Golfing programs for veterans often provide a support network, where participants can share their experiences and receive support from peers.
