Refund Policy
Tees & Smoke is a registered nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting veterans through charitable golf events and programs.
All registrations, sponsorships, and donations are considered final. Due to the nature of event planning and charitable fundraising, no refunds will be issued once payment has been processed.
If an event is postponed or canceled due to circumstances beyond our control (including weather, course availability, or force majeure), Tees & Smoke reserves the right to:

Apply payments to a rescheduled event, or

Apply funds toward the organization’s charitable mission
In limited circumstances, refund requests may be reviewed at the sole discretion of Tees & Smoke. Any approved refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment.
